The Youth Employment Resource Centre offers the same services as its Nelson location in outlying areas.

What services are we talking about?

One-on-One assistance with writing Resumes & Cover Letters (also available through email Monday to Friday at outreach@yerc.ca)
In depth appointments for job search planning, interview skills, job maintenance and referrals to funding programs, educational programs and more!
Use of computer & Internet for job search purposes
Hire-a-Youth Program: register online for casual, part-time & full-time employment and display
individual resume for potential employers
Access an up-to-date job board in Crescent Valley, Slocan, Salmo & Kaslo
Resources available for job search and education planning
Youth-At-Work Workshop Series
